Load SAGA (GUI)

1. 「File」→「shapes」→「Load」：Load shape file

2. 「Moduels」→「Shapes - Tools」→「Split Table/Shapes by Attribute」：Split Shape file

2バイトは文字化けするからフィールド名と属性はローマ字で・・・
